If your Blaux Portable Bidet won’t hold a charge:

• Check the polarity of the charging dongle.
• If a proper connection is made, the status LED will be RED while charging.

If your Blaux Portable Bidet charges very slowly:

• Consider connecting the charging cable from a 5V1.0A to a 5V2.0 outlet.
• Older 5V0.5A will not charge the device properly.

If your Blaux Portable Bidet’s charging dongle is damaged:
