  • Replace the nozzle gasket with a new one.

• The nozzle jet is blocked. To fix this issue: 
  • Clear the blockage by washing the nozzle with mild soap and a soft brush or cloth.

• The nozzle is damaged. To fix this issue: 
  • Replace the damaged nozzle with a new one.

• The bidet’s battery is low.
  • Fully charge the bidet’s battery before using it for the best results.

• The bidet’s water level is low.
  • Fill the water tank to the Max line. While in use, make sure to hold the bidet steadily to maintain a steady water pressure output.
