It’s possible that there’s too much water in the tank. Please make sure not to overfill.

If water is still leaking from the tank, check to ensure the tank is in the proper lock position. A tank not properly attached will leak.

It’s also possible that your Blaux Portable Bidet is leaking because of a crack in the water tank. Please contact the customer service team for assistance if you find a crack.

If water is still leaking from the tank, check if the water tank gasket is there and is inserted correctly. An improperly attached gasket (or one that is worn or displaced) can cause the device to leak.

To replace the gasket:

• Align and push the gasket back to the gasket groove,
• then eject and re-insert the tank in the proper locking position.
