Where is the charging port? - The charging port has a small rubber cap to prevent dust and debris from jamming it up. It’s located next to the on/off buttons and can easily be removed with your fingernail and replaced once finished.

How do I replace the filters? - Simply twist the cap at the ends of the device until they pop off. The filters will easily fit into cap that was just removed. Do not attempt to change the filters while the unit is running. We also advise against rubbing the filters or exposing them to liquid as this will cause them to wear out sooner.
